Data access and purpose

The monitor requests only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. Depending on the owner's request, it may read message content, sender and recipient details, dates, subjects, labels, and attachments available through that permission.

It uses this information only to provide the owner's requested email searches, monitoring, summaries, and private AI assistance. It cannot send, change, or delete Gmail messages with this permission.

Private agents and AI processing

Access is limited to the owner and private agents or services the owner specifically authorizes. When the owner requests AI analysis, relevant email content may be processed by the AI service selected by the owner for that task. Such processing must remain limited to providing the requested assistance.

EDEN Mail Monitor does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. It does not publish mailbox contents on this website.

Storage, retention, and deletion

The owner controls the monitor's deployment and storage. Message copies, summaries, and related records may be retained only as needed for the owner's requested monitoring. Data and access credentials must be removed when no longer needed or when the owner requests deletion.

Revoking Google access stops future authorized retrieval; it does not automatically remove copies already stored by the monitor or an AI service. The owner must also delete those copies and any retained backups through the relevant service.

Security and control

OAuth credentials and tokens must be kept in protected private storage and excluded from public pages and logs. Gmail access uses Google's authorization process; this website does not request the owner's Google password.

The owner can withdraw access using their Google Account connections settings. Further monitoring then requires valid authorization.

Google API data-use commitment

EDEN Mail Monitor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

This website and policy changes

These informational pages contain no mailbox connection, contact form, advertising, or application analytics. The hosting provider may process ordinary web request information to serve and secure the pages.

The date above records the latest policy revision. The owner must review changes before introducing a new data use or connecting an additional processing service. Support is available through the application's user-support email shown in Google's consent information.
